Q) I have purchased a 10mm threaded lamp holder but it will not fit the 10mm thread on my light fitting
A) All our lamp holders are a metric thread so if this does not fit you may have an Imperial thread.
Q) Why is my lamp holder coming loose when I remove my light bulb and how can I stop this from happening?
A) Some lamp holders have a locking nut (we will include this information in the item description) if so tighten the locking nut and this will resolve this issue. If the lamp holder does not have a locking nut then if you screw a nut on to the threaded rod and then screw your lamp holder down tight to the nut, when you next need to remove your light bulb the lamp holder will remain firmly in place and will not start to come loose.
Q) Accidently locked my Edison Screw lamp holder is it possible to unlock it and if so how?
A) Our parent company has produced a video showing how to unlock your lamp holder

Q) How do I know which terminal is the live terminal and which is the neutral?
A) As long as the earth cable is wired in correctly to the earthing point which will be indicated by an earth symbol it does not matter which terminal is used for the live and neutral
